Return Policy

Refunds, Returns and Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fitness-Kingz. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. All these policies are applicable to United States and other countries.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it and has never been used. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products both.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at to request a return authorization.
  • Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any included accessories.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with the return.
  • Download and print return label and ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team by mail.

Return Shipping Costs:

Unless the return is due to an error of Fitness-Kingz part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product), you are not responsible for the return shipping costs. If the error occur due to customer mistake (e.g. purchasing wrong size item without checking properly) than you will be responsible for shipping fee for the return. The currency that applies to this policy is USD. 


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item within 14 days once we receive and process your returned goods. 

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
